Contextual Journey is not working for Promote transaction in ORC

Summary:

Issue:- We have Implemented Contextual Journey for My Client Groups > Promote.

When we do the Promotion transaction for Internal employees through ORC manage job offers page, the Contextual Journey is not showing.

When we clicked on "Promotion" option under manage job offer for the record, the Contextual Journey is not showing.

Note:- When we clicked on "Promote" quick action under My Client Groups the Contextual Journey is working fine.
