Requisition title displayed on the requisition not matching title shown on the requisition list

Summary:

Redwood: We recently went through a T2T clone in our lower pods and noticed that when viewing a Requisition, the title displayed on the requisition does not match the title shown on the requisition list. The title on the requisition list looks to be the one we created prior to the clone and the title and information displayed on the requisition seems to be from Production. This is happening to ALL of our Requisitions. Has anyone seen this post clone? In most cases we use position. We do have an SR open.
