'Enroll in Default' process not picking all employees after Participant Conversion load
Summary:
Default enrollment process is not getting applied to all employees when ran after conversion load

We are doing conversion for 30 programs across 26 LDGs with around 12K population. However, default process is picking only 294 employees. Has anyone encountered this issue? The steps followed for conversion are below;
- Assigned Conversion event to all employees using "Assign corrective Life event" process
- Ran "Evaluated Life event Participation" process
- Loaded Participant enrollments using HDLs
- Ran "Default Enrollment" process
