Auto-Populating Background Check and Assessment Packages in ORC Requisitions
Hi All,
Has anyone successfully set up in ORC to automatically populate the background check and assessment sections when creating a job requisition? We currently allow hiring managers to submit requisitions, but they receive warning messages such as:
- "The candidate selection process is configured for a background check, but the job requisition doesn't have any."
- "You may want to add an assessment package on the candidate selection process. The process was configured to have one."
We've been unable to suppress these warnings and hiring managers often aren't sure which options to select. Has anyone found a way to default the background check and assessment package during requisition creation, or does anyone have alternative suggestions to make this process more user-friendly? Right now, it's not ideal for hiring managers to have to click through warnings just to submit a requisition. Any guidance or shared experiences would be appreciated!
