Require salary validation exceeding more than 1.25 times on salary section of create job offer.

Summary:

We have a business requirement related to the salary section when creating a job offer. Using Redwood Forms, we need to apply a validation rule based on a 1.25 multiplier.

The candidate’s total current salary is captured on their profile through a questionnaire. The system should display a warning if the proposed salary exceeds the candidate’s current or previous total salary by more than 25% (i.e., Previous Total Salary × 1.25).

Example: If the candidate’s previous salary is 30,000, then 25% above that amount is 37,500. If a recruiter enters a basic salary of 38,000, the system should trigger a warning.

How can we acheive this requirement?
