Sourcing Eligibility - Negotiations have all Suppliers Sourcing Eligibility populated incorrectly

Summary:

All my Negotiations for newly created Suppliers have Souring Eligibility as Not Eligible though the Supplier Qualification Outcome is Eligible or Eligible with Warning. I have set the Default Sourcing Eligibility as Eligible.
