Hide "Allow assignees to edit goal definition"

in Performance Management

Summary:

Hello,

As per 25C release we are able to hide the option "Allow assignees to edit goal definition" via VBS but we have 2 issues with this option:

  1. It is greyed out but still visible (if we use the path Homepage>Team Goals Center>Assign Goal)
  1. It is still available via My Goals > (select a goal) Actions>Assign >Panel page: Assign to

Why these inconsistencies and how can we hide it under both screens?
