Error while setting up Debrief

Summary:

Hi Experts, We are trying to setup the Debrief Screen(its not a plugin anymore) and have created the relevant applications that it needs. However the debrief screen setup still complains about missing value in the LOV where it says : 'Select Fusion application configured in the OFS Applications screen to authenticate the plugin?

Due to this missing information when we open Debrief from an activity, we get further error saying: 'Access Pending Access to this page is not yet available. Please contact your system administrator to configure the application on the Debrief Activate screen.'

Please see the attached images for further detail. What am I missing or is it a bug that needs to go back to Oracle Support as it used to work fine when Debrief was a plugin?
