ORC CSP Notification Action Sending to Inactive Candidates and Closed Requisitions

Summary:

In Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), we have configured a Send Notification action on certain CSP states. When we schedule a Send Job Application Notification job, the system sends notifications to all candidates, including:

  • Active and inactive candidates
  • Candidates associated with filled or cancelled job requisitions

Our requirement is more restrictive.

Expected behavior:
We want notifications to be sent only to candidates who are active and associated with active job requisitions.
Additionally, we want to understand whether it is possible to:

  • Prevent notifications from being sent to inactive candidates and closed (filled/cancelled) requisitions, or
  • Ensure that only the latest relevant notification
