Esignature Date Format issue in Journey Task

Hello,

I am trying to build journey Esignature report. I am facing an issue with P_SIGN_DATE date format. A random number is getting returned in Journey task Report. I checked the link which gets generated when we click on see document in journey task UI. Below is the link.

There are two P_SIGN_DATE getting generated in the link. Not sure why and system is picking the last P_SIGN_DATE value in the report which is a number.
