VBS rule - Transfer Page - Based on DOB

Hi Experts,
Need your inputs.
We are trying to enable a validation on the Transfer page based on the employee’s date of birth (DOB). The VBS code works correctly in both the Convert Pending Worker and Add Assignment pages. However, on the Transfer page, the Date of Birth value is appearing as null when checked in the console log.
Has anyone else encountered a similar issue? Any inputs or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
