Guidance Needed: Restricting Guided Journey by Country in VBCS (Change Address Page)

Hello Oracle Team,

We need guidance on attaching a Guided Journey for the “Change Address” flow in Oracle HCM.

Since Change Address is a section within the Contact Information page, the Guided Journey must be attached at the page property level in VBCS.

Business Requirement:

• The Guided Journey should apply only to North America employees (US).
• It should not be applicable to other countries.

Challenge:

• There is no country-based criterion available to restrict the Guided Journey.
• We explored using Employee Role–based conditions, but the same role is assigned to both US and Canada employees, so this does not help us isolate only US users.
