Master Activity ID for Multi-Segment activities not available in non schduled pool

Hello Team,

In Oracle Field Service multi-segment activities, we observed that when a segment is moved from Scheduled to Non-Scheduled, the Master Activity ID becomes 0 or absent, and when moved back to Scheduled, it is populated again.

Is there any supported way (UI/API/configuration) to retrieve the Master Activity ID while the segment is in the Non-Scheduled pool?
Is this expected product behavior, and is there any official documentation confirming this?
