How to Configure FYI Notification to Specific User After PO Receipt in Oracle Fusion

Hello Experts,

I would like to configure an FYI notification in Oracle Fusion Procurement.

The requirement is:

After a Purchase Order is fully received (i.e., receipt is created ), I want a specific internal user (not the requester or buyer) to automatically receive an FYI notification.

This notification should trigger when the PO receipt is completed.

Could you please advise:

• Is this configured through BPM (Receiving workflow) or Purchasing workflow?
• What is the exact task name to modify in BPM Worklist?
• Is there a standard event available for receipt completion?
• If there is no approval workflow for Receiving, what is the recommended approach?
