Hello,
In Oracle Fusion Cloud Talent Management (Redwood Talent Profile), the Competency LOV currently displays the full global competency library when adding competencies to a Person Profile.
We have a requirement to dynamically restrict the LOV based on:
- Department
- Job/Role
- Grade/Band
- Achieved band from a completed Learning Object
Could you please confirm:
- Is dynamic attribute-based filtering of the Competency LOV supported in Redwood?
- If not, is this behavior by design?
- Is there any roadmap enhancement planned for this capability?
