how use binding parameter in HRG_Goals Dff

Summary:

requirement is to fetch bonus eligibly for individual person from per_job_dff which uses value set to HRG_GOALS dff. i am using personID as binding parameter but getting error: The bind variable :{PARAMETER.PersonId} is not valid. (FND-2621)
In application 10,097 and descriptive flexfield HRG_GOALS, the bind variable :{PARAMETER.PersonId} in the value set FE_BONUS_ELIGI used by global segment bonus is not valid.
