Seeking simple solution where person(s) are notified every time when Supplier is Approved

Summary:

Currently in the Manage Supplier Registration Approvals FSM task, there are two stages. Our client is utilizing both stages for approvals, but needs a final FYI once the 2nd stage has approved the supplier. In BPM, is there a way to specify that if stage 2 is approved, then to send an internal FYI that "XYZ supplier is approved."
