Need to hide URL for uploading court order attachments

Summary:
Hello,
We are in implementation phase and we need to hide the URL box from benefits court order attachments. We need only Drag and drop box. Also, system should allow to upload only PDF document and employee should be able to see only US in Issuing country.
Can this be done? If yes, pls guide. We are in redwood page and 26A version.
