Reevaluate Designee Eligibility Process - Is there somewhere to view why a person is selected?

Summary:

We run the Reevaluate Designee Eligibility Process on the last day of every month to look for covered dependents that turned 26 in the month that is ending., Starting in 2026 we are finding this Process is sending Loss of Eligibility Life Events to some records of employees who do not have dependent children aging out at the end of the month. I cannot figure out why this is occurring after reviewing each record, and am wondering if there is anywhere in Oracle where there is a log of the Reevaluate Designee Eligibility Process that will allow me to review
