Offer Letter Preview not loading, instead of showing HTML coding

in Recruiting, Opportunity Marketplace

Hi Oracle Team,
We are facing an issue in ORC while previewing External Offer Letters.
When we try to preview the offer letter in Redwood or RUI, the system shows HTML code instead of the actual letter (screenshot attached). This happens for all offers.
Has anyone faced a similar issue, or are there any suggestions to resolve this?
Your guidance would be very helpful for us to proceed.
