Area HR Manager is not able to see re-assigned other area people journey task under the org journeys

Issue Prod Description: Area HR Manager is not able to see re-assigned other area people journey task under the organization journeys. Re-Assigned tasks they able to see under the My Tasks tab.

Expectation: Can we allow Area HR Manager to see re-assigned other area people journey task under the organization journeys. (The reason here is we are doing probation reviews using journeys, Once Line Manager completed the Review it will go to the Area HR Manager for conformation. here the problem is if we re-assign other area people journey task to another area hr manager they can't able to see the manager task under the My task page, they only able to see the manager task under the organization journeys tab.)
