Recruiter Notification After Candidate Submits “Request More Information”

Summary:

We are currently using the Request More Information action in Oracle Recruiting Cloud during the Offer phase.

Recruiters navigate to:
Candidate Profile → 3 dots → Request More Information,
and request additional details such as DEI information or SIN Number.

The candidate receives an email notification, which directs them to log into the Career Site where the form is displayed. The candidate then completes and submits the requested information.

The requirement is for the recruiters listed on the requisition to automatically receive an email notification once the candidate has submitted the requested information.

Currently, no automatic notification is being triggered to the recruiters after submission.
