How do we include the ratings from the employee and manager in the printable performance document?

Summary:

We have added ratings models and rating options to the goal section for the manager and employee. The ratings are visible in the system, but when printing to PDF they are not visible. How can this be solved so the printable version is 1-1 of what they can see in the performance document in the system.
