Hi, I am unable to find and add a new hire to the goal plan

Summary:

I cannot find the new hire when following the below path:

My Client Groups → Goals → Goal Plans → Current Goal Plan → Who to include? → Searching the new hire employee by name/person code

I can see the new hire employee is active when searched in Person management. But not showing up for assigning him a goal plan.
Employee hire date is 01/02/2026, and Goal Plan review period is 01/01/2026.

Please help.
