After getting CoreHR Redwood upgrade the open WFC cycle is not working

Summary:

We've upgraded CoreHR to Redwood and WFC remains with Responsive (RUX). During UAT, discovered we can no longer edit an open WFC worksheet or push to CoreHR

This is critical functionality in WFC and is now resulting in our CoreHR GO LIVE to be delayed.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): Steps we completed:

1. CoreHR profiles & indexes run
2. Validate existing open WFC cycle can be closed and pushed to CoreHR

#1: no longer able to make changes to these yellow editable fields

#2 confirmed plan is OPEN and plan access is set to "updates allowed"

#3 we are able to modify these fields in administer worker
