25D AI Assist Employee Evaluation on Performance Goal

Summary

I have noticed the following behaviour with AI Assist on employee performance evaluation :

1)Employee adds rating of 'Exceptional' and adds comments- selects AI Assist and then it creates an output however it says ' I am honoured to have received an 'Exceptional' rating for my OKI. This suggests it was given by someone else, but this is not the case it was the employee who gave the rating. SR has been raised

2)Each performance goal AI Output contains employees business title and department, I am aware on some seeded prompts it noted to exclude it, is this possible via a custom prompt?
