Table to fetch "Additional Comments" for Journey Questionnaire Responses

Hi Team,

I am currently using the HRQ_PTCPNT_RESPONSES_V table to fetch the answer text for Journey questionnaires, and I am able to retrieve the responses successfully.

However, each questionnaire question also has an "Additional Comments" field. I would like to know which table and column store the Additional Comments associated with the questionnaire responses.

Could you please help identify the correct table and column to retrieve this information?
