Redwood: Payslip of terminated employee is not loading.

We’re encountering an issue in Payslip [Redwood] where a terminated employee’s payslip does not load. We identified a potential workaround by changing the Public Person’s Person Security Profile from ‘View All Worker’ to ‘View All People’; however, this would allow all users with that data role to view every person in the system, which is not acceptable. Is there an alternative solution to address this issue?
