Do domicile rule not work on account with attribute Classifications-TRCS_CLASSIFY_ATACCOUNT?

I am having an issue related to domicile rules. I have created a hierarchy in temporary difference (Stat to tax), and given the properties of Tax type- NationalAndRegional, Tax Data Type- PreTax, Classifications- TRCS_CLASSIFY_ATACCOUNT. But when I am defining domicile rules, the values are not reflecting in temporary difference form. When same thing is defined on global/entity rules, the values are reflecting. The other accounts with properties of Tax type- NationalAndRegional and Tax Data Type- PreTax are working fine with domicile rules and the values are reflecting fine in temporary difference form. Is it something related to this specific attribute
