26A introduced a feature to allow HR to view anytime feedback that hasn't been shared with managers.

The enablement steps simply state:

Assign the privilege Delete HCM Person Note (ORA_HRT_DELETE_PERSON_NOTE) to the HR.

How Can a HR View the Feedback Notes Shared Only Between Workers?

There is no seeded talent specialist role and 'Human Resource Specialist' gives too much access for our HR admins/specialists who are responsible for the talent management/career development/performance management area of the business; so we have added that Delete HCM Person Note to a custom talent specialist job role we have created.
