Edit layout of smart action
in Help Desk
We have activated the "Copy to Document Record" smart action for Help Desk and Case Management (Copy HR Help Desk Documents to Document Record) in a test site and the following fields appear when using the action:
The highlighted fields above have been disabled from all of our Document Types. If they are populated in the Smart Action we get an error message:
Can we hide the highlighted fields from the Smart Action and add in "Publish Date" as a new field as it is required for all of our Document Types?
