HR/Talent Admin is unable to view the completed questionnaires of employees in Redwood

Summary:

Once employees complete the questionnaires attached to the performance document and submit them, the HR/Talent Admin team is unable to view the responses. They can see the Questionnaire tab, but when they click on it, nothing appears. The questionnaire does not open at all. The questionnaires that employees have filled out and updated do not display.

This issue is occurring specifically in Redwood, while the functionality works correctly in Responsive mode.
