beneficiaries are not visible for voluntary plans

Summary:

We have a requirement to enable beneficiaries to be allotted effective 07/01/26 for the voluntary plan.

We enabled the configuration under Designation Requirements in the Plan section for Voluntary Life.

However, after processing an event dated on/after 07/01/26, we are not seeing any beneficiaries being allotted on the enrollment page.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
