Redwood Purchase Order-VBS Validation Messages not working for DFFs

Summary:

When we process a Requisition to Purchase Order using Redwood Purchasing UI, the Purchase order gets created in incomplete status. While editing the purchase order, the system is not throwing any validation error for mandatory DFF fields even though the DFF is configured as required.

Expected Behavior

The expectation is for the system to trigger an error when mandatory DFF is not populated.
