Redwood Style Requisition Lines Canceled FYI Behavior

I have changed notifications to Redwood style for SSP. When it comes to the Requisition Lines Canceled FYI notification I am getting multiple emails when cancelling multiple lines at the same time via spreadsheet. For example, if I cancel 10 lines at once, the requisition preparer is receiving 10 emails. In classic, I could cancel multiple lines at once and would only receive one email containing all canceled lines.

Is this Redwood behavior normal or should I be entering an SR?

We are in version 26A
