Pictures are not displaying on talent review dashboard

Summary:

In some of our talent reviews, we are experiencing some employee photos are displaying as 'broken'. Has anyone else experienced this? In the screen shot below I've blurred the faces that are appearing correctly. We've had this occur when first opening the dashboard and other times where the picture appear correctly but if someone is moved from one box to another, then the pictures are 'broken'. If you hover the pointer over a 'broken' photo, the photo appears correctly in the pop up window with the details.

Any suggestions?
