Termination Life Event Trigger on termination date

Summary:

All the termination date DBIs for Person change cause life event trigger return the date after termination. I need to return the termination date in a formula.

I know I can achieve this using configuration as shown below, but how do I replicate this behavior in a fast formula? Can someone show me a fast formula that works the same as the configuration below:

Table Name: PER_PERIODS_OF_SERVICE
