Integration between Fusion Service and Field Service

Hi, Team,

Following this document: https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/fusion-service/faefs/manage-service-to-field-service-integration.html#s20060303

We are building this integration without OIC and without IDCS, using only Fusion and Field Service using demo instances.

  • Connection between Fusion and Field Service is established successfully.
  • Work Order Area LOV in Fusion is correctly retrieving buckets from Field Service.
  • Work Order is saved successfully in Fusion.

There are no visible error messages in the UI.

Issue:

Even after saving the Work Order with Field Service integration enabled, no activity is created in Oracle Field Service.
