Mutually Exclusive Rules are set up for Medical and HSA Plans.

During the New Hire or Conversion, the Medical and HSA Plans are elected.

After processing the new event - Ex Part time to Full Time, I am unable to enroll into different Medical Plan unless I unenroll from HSA Plan.
