Annual review, manual rating for sections and calculated plus manual for summary

Summary:

We have following case: for the annual review we have Goals (two plans) that will be included in the document, together with a summary section and final feedback.
There is no need for rating each separate goal, but only a rating for each goal section.
For the summary section we would like to have either the calculated average and option for manual rating or only one of these options, preferable the calculated version.

Currently we get an error when creating this template, "You need to select a calculation rule for at least 1 section when selecting to use calculated ratings in a performance template. (HRA-960387)"
