Unable to search people in Stock Grant

Hello experts,

we would like to create and assign Stock Grant to people manually, but when clicking on the Stock Grant task from Compensation and clicking on Add button the Person Name picklist does not show any person. Does anyone know how to solve this issue? Thanks
