How to trigger approval flow for Contacts (Benefits) in Redwood 26A

Summary:

Hi community,
Is there any way to trigger an approval flow when an employee creates or edits contacts from the Contacts page under the navigation Me > Benefits > Before You Enroll in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM?

We need the approval to be initiated automatically when the contact information is added or updated from the Benefits flow.
Any guidance or best practices would be greatly appreciated.
