UK BACS Format payment file output query

Hi Gurus

Client wants to decommission the SFTP boundaries and map all the payment integrations through middleware (MuleSoft) invoking capabilities and payment format file in line with UK BACS format.

Possible solution would be to get the data from a custom OTBI report (the logic of Format Payment Files) in line with RTF template etext format and parameters (From and To) for payment creation date.

Can somebody help me to get the SQL query to fetch the format payment file based on the attached RTF template data positions.
