Create/Update member status value in Eloqua for SFDC integration

But we are not able to see the "Advanced" option on the UI

We have a working connection using th Salesforce.com integration app, and we are working to activate the campaign response action from Eloqua to SFDC. One of the steps required is to setup the campaign response rule, and match it with the campaign member status in SFDC. However, we cannot find the Advanced button mentioned in the documentation. We are looking for guidance on where we can update the member status with SFDC
