Is there a way that when the Send Message to Team feature can be more automated?

Summary:

Currently, our recruiters and hiring managers communicate via email regarding requisitions and candidates. Emails can cause some issues, so we are looking for other options for the recruiters and hiring managers to communicate within Oracle. Do you have any suggestions?

We do see that there is a "Send Message to Team" feature within the requisition, but it seems that you have to manually enter tokens to link the message to a certain requisition, candidate, etc. Is there a way that when the Send Message to Team feature can be more automated so that managers/recruiters know which requisition it's coming from, which candidate it being talked about, etc.? Also, is there a way to go into the requisition, select multiple candidates, and then send a message to the recruiter/manager without messaging the candidate?
