"Configure HCMAgents" not available in Home Page > My Client Groups > Show More

Summary:

As per documentation: Create Guided Journeys for FAQs in Order Management, I should be able to find: Configure HCMAgents icon in Home Page > My Client Groups > Show More > ctrl+f, but it is not available.

The values presented at step 4 for Manage Administrator Profile Values is already set to Y.
Also, the privileges required at step 2 are assigned to my user, except Manage Intelligent Agent (HRC_MANAGE_AI_AGENT_PRIV), which is not found when searching for it. During research, I've identified a CCC post mentioning that this is no longer available and to use instead SCM Intelligent Agent Management Duty (ORA_RCS_SCM_AI_AGENT_MANAGEMENT_DUTY).
