2 team leaders in the same resource organization should see the same in data in the infolets

Summary:

I have a client who has 2 team leaders that manage their HR Support Desk, they oversee all of the resources so should therefore be able to view the same data in the OOTB infolets. I am aware that you can only have 1 Next Gen Manager/ Sales Manager in the Resource Organization which is why they are seeing different data, but is there any way for this to be achieved? I have created the following in the Resource Organization Hierarchy:

Resource Org 1 (Sales Usage) - Head of HR Services should see all resource data/ analytics (resource org 2, 3, 4 and 5)

Resource Org 2 (Sales Usage)- Head of Ops- should see all resource data/ analytics (resource org 2, 3 and 4)
