Blank "Email address" in candidate info page

Summary: We have a scenario where the email address in candidate info is blank & we are unable to trace when was the email address delete by the candidate/any admin/recruiter.

Do we have a way to trace it?

We tried tracking it in Home email under "Contact Information" section of Core HR screen but could not find any results there as well.
