Model Structure not loading in redwood sales order page

Summary:

After entering the configurable model on redwood sales order line, the structure of the configurable model is not loading. The application provides a blank page. "cancel" button does not function.

The rules for the configurable model is successfully tested in redwood product management.

Do I need to execute any schedule process to make the model structure available in order management cloud for redwood? I couldn't find any such process mentioned in Oracle docs.
