Is there a Draft and Final mode for dunning letters triggered by Strategies?

We understand that dunning letters can be sent in two ways: 

i) through the Process Strategy task or 

ii) through the standalone Dunning Letters program.

In the Strategies approach, dunning letters are generated based on scoring and defined strategies, whereas in the Dunning program, letters are created based on aged and staged criteria.

If we are using Strategies as the collection method, how can we view the dunning letters in Draft status? There doesn’t appear to be an option to review them while the process is running.
